The value of a retreat is that you experience a special week where you can rest and work on a personal plan within a small group environment. We create a fantastic atmosphere where you can feel inspired. I thoroughly enjoy working with people. My work uses intuition, playfulness, transperence and warmth. When working together, it is most important that people have mutual respect for each other and (learn to) believe in the healing power and creativeness within themselves.

We do this through: intuitive painting, vocal expression and improvisation, sound healing, energetic bodywork, meditation, working in the natural environment, talks and yoga.
