Stage:
POSITION : EXECUTIVE INTERN
Corporate Communications

  • Assist in communications, market research, media monitoring duties: reading magazines, clipping, scanning and resizing - maintaining the library
  • Manager for office business administrative needs for liaison with suppliers. Assist with secretarial/receptionist duties when required.
  • Assist in updating corporate communications tools: Presentation decks, website, facebook, twitter.

Events

  • Assist Associates/Managers with liaising with suppliers and vendors for venue sourcing, and events preparations, proposals
  • Assist in general administrative communications and events duties, including door-gifts packing, phone invitation and rsvp (teleconsulting), data-entry.

Fluent in written and spoken English
Good with MS Office Excel & Powerpoint, Adobe Photoshop.
Website HTML Skills would be an added advantage.
